NMMIP has changed the way prior authorization requests are submitted as of December 1, 2023. All requests will now be submitted securely online through the Atrezzo Provider Portal at NMMIP.acentra.com.

Please be advised that all NMMIP member’s ID numbers have changed as of 1/1/24. Please see the link below for tips on how to locate members in the ANG Atrezzo portal.
